Egret Tool has a technology research institute that has led to 2 scientific and technological achievements. The company has been granted 68 national patents including 6 invention patents, 59 utility model patents and 3 appearance patents.

We have invested approximately 150 million yuan in introducing world's advanced manufacturing and testing equipment, and improving manufacturing processes to ensure that our products are kept at high standards. Our manufacturing and testing equipment includes 2 TTB tool grinding machines, 20 HAWEMA tool grinding machines, 17 ANCA tool grinding machines, 3 Balzers coating machines, over 480 units of end mill flute grinder and 36 finished products inspection machines.

Apart from 40% of general equipment, 60% of manufacturing equipment are our self-developed or optimized equipment.

Productivity

Currently, Egret Tool has an annual output capacity of 25 million integrated cutting tools and 20 million indexable inserts. Our products are prevalent across a variety of industries like 3C industry, mold making, automotive, and aerospace.
