T09NF | Grain Size: 0.2μm Suitable for fine finishing of hard metals (higher than HRC58), typically applied in high gloss finishing of stainless steel and aluminum alloy. |
T06NF | Grain Size: 0.2μm Suitable for machining of hard materials, composite materials, plastic, acrylic, wood, fiberglass, copper PCB, aluminum PCB, etc. Due to its good wear resistance and excellent fracture toughness, this material is widely used for manufacturing PCB cutting tools, engraving cutters, dual flute cutters, particularly miniature end mills. |
T06MF | Grain Size: 0.4μm Suitable for machining of composite materials, plastic, acrylic, wood, fiberglass, etc. It can be used for manufacturing PCB cutting tools, engraving cutters, dual flute cutters and more tools, featuring long tool life and good dimensional stability. |
T06UF | Grain Size: 0.4μm Suitable for machining of composite materials, plastic, acrylic, wood, fiberglass, etc. Mainly used for the production of PCB cutting tools, engraving cutters, etc. |
T12UF | Grain Size: 0.4μm Suitable for milling of stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, titanium alloy, high-temperature alloys, hard materials (HRC50-58). |
T10F | Grain Size: 0.6μm Suitable for machining of alloy steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, high-temperature alloys, etc. |
T10 | Grain Size: 0.7μm Suitable for general milling in general mechanical engineering, typically for machining high-temperature alloy and titanium alloy. |
T12M | Grain Size: 0.7μm Suitable for heavy milling of stainless steel. |
