When your order of custom cutting tools is placed, through our CAM workstation the product will be designed with 3D modeling software to meet your applications, and the appropriate geometry of the tool will be sent to you for pre-approval before the production.

Manufacturing
We have invested heavily in introducing world's advanced manufacturing and testing equipment to ensure that our products are kept at high standards, such as 2 TTB tool grinding machines, 20 HAWEMA tool grinding machines, 17 ANCA tool grinding machines, 3 Balzers coating machines, over 480 units of end mill flute grinder and 36 finished products inspection machines.
Quality Control
We have also equipped with German ZOLLER genius 3s tool inspection equipment and other high precision cutting tools measuring and testing equipment, executing a strict quality control system through each critical procedure of alloy materials incoming, tool forming and coating. We actively conduct quality management from drawings through completion to ensure that every cutting tool meets your requirements and deliver excellent performance.
